What makes The C&C Collective different from other fitness & nutrition programs?

The C&C Collective focuses on the power of community & personalized progression. We believe that your health & fitness journey is best enjoyed with a supportive group, combining expert strength training programming with nutrition, mindset, & lifestyle education to cater to various levels & preferences.

Do I need to have a certain level of fitness to join?

Not at all! Our programs are designed to welcome individuals of all fitness levels. Use our app to track your progress, show you exactly what you need to do to improve, & guide you through your workouts with full video demos. And as your coach, I'll be right there to field your questions inside the app!

Will you tell me what to eat or give me a meal plan?

It's beyond my scope of practice to give anyone a meal plan. That is something only Registered Dietitians can prescribe. I'm a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, & my area of expertise is providing you with custom individualized nutrition protocols that take the guesswork out of how much & what you need to eat so you can achieve whatever goal(s) you're working on.

Do I have to have a gym membership in order to do The C&C Collective workouts?

No way José! You can choose your workout location of: a full gym, Planet Fitness, or at home workouts where all you need are some dumbbells (although an adjustable bench would be a great addition as well, which you can find for like $50 on Amazon).

How can I keep track of my progress with The C&C Collective?

We provide all our members with access to a fitness tracking app where you can log your workouts & track your progress, manage your daily lifestyle goals, track your body statistics, & even connect our app with MyFitnessPal in order to track your nutrition goals & adherence. This helps us paint the picture to see how well you're progressing. And if you're feeling stuck, we can identify what adjustments need to be made to keep you moving forward.

What's the benefit of having the community inside The C&C Collective?

Studies indicate that individuals in fitness groups or with accountability partners have 40-50% higher adherence rates. The social support & shared goals foster a sense of accountability, making people more likely to stick to their routine over time. The app we use allows our members to connect with one another inside our community chat. You can participate as much or as little as you like. The group is a great place to share successes & struggles, ask questions, get new ideas & recommendations from others who are working on similar goals, & get a much-needed dose of inspiration & motivation on those days when you're just not feelin' it.
